Christmas cactus

My christmas cactus is starting to bloom again:

Aloe vera plants bloom?!?

As it turns out, aloe vera plants can grow flowers. They grow on a stalk that comes out of the center of the plant, the lowest flower is almost a foot from the rest of the plant. Here is what mine looks like:
